Drop the rigid morning routine. It's time to Wake The Lion.

We are back at Blend, Sneinton Market for an exclusive early morning rave.

No routines. No awkward small talk. No one telling you how to move. Just an hour of pure, freestyle dance to a high-energy, feel-good soundtrack that will shake off the week and ignite your inner lion.

Whether you want to wildly let go, find your inner strength, or just groove with a morning coffee in hand—this is your safe space to find your roar!
