You’re invited to dedicate a day to freeform expressive dance exploration, rather than just a weekly class; on this special day, dive deeper than usual into our inner world and the ways we relate and find nourishment, through movement-based practice.
Together we’ll move what’s alive within us, learning from each other, reconnecting with ourselves and the earth, and finding the nourishment we need at this time to be the human we are called to be.
There will be time to dance wildly, time to rest, share conversations if desired, as well as delicious food, and space for you to be gloriously you, in all shapes, textures and colours.
