Move in whatever way feels good—no steps, no pressure, no experience needed. We’ll begin with a gentle guided warm-up, build into uplifting tracks, and finish with a short grounding so you leave feeling clear, energised, and ready for the day ahead. In times where life can feel busy and full-on, taking an hour to move your body, breathe, and be around others can lift your mood, reduce stress, and help you feel more connected.

Come solo or bring a friend—stay for a coffee and a chat afterwards if you like.
