Realignment - “things fall apart to make way for something new to emerge”
Using the summer solstice as a midway point to check in with ourselves and realign around what we want to emerge in the next half of the year.
This 2 hour conscious connected breathwork session is a chance to let go of built-up tension, reconnect with your body, and rebalance your energy from top to toe. Perfect if you’ve been feeling off-centre, low on energy, or just craving some personal TLC.
