~ For the mother looking to connect back to herself and be witnessed by other mothers through the ebbs and flows of motherhood ~

Mama, do most of your conversations with other mothers focus solely on your baby’s milestones?

Mama, are you looking to reconnect with your identity as a woman, rather than just as a mother?

Mama, do you long to be seen and held by other mothers whilst you share your inner thoughts, struggles and triumphs?

Mama, do you long for a space where your needs are prioritised but the motherbaby bond is still respected?

If any of this is resonating with you Mama, then we welcome you and your little one into this mother & baby sanctuary, just as you are!

What to expect in our time together?

- Time to prioritise yourself during this wild ride of motherhood, whilst still including your baby

- Some gentle movement, sound and breathwork to ground into your body

- Time for a sacred pause and self-reflection

- An opportunity to share anything that has been coming up for you with the other mothers in circle

- A delicious homemade treat and warm drink served to you

Time: 10am – 11:30am (tea and snacks from 11am)

Dates: Last Monday of the month

Venue: Quakers Meeting House, Bedminster

Price: £10 per circle

All babes under 2 years are welcome

Hi, I’m Nicole, mama to my 2-year-old son, Oakley. After becoming a mother, I felt that the conversations with other mothers at these mom and baby groups focused mostly on our babies and we never got to talk about the challenges that us as women were experiencing as we navigated this major transition into motherhood.  I longed for a space to go deeper, but I also wanted the ease of not having to think about where to leave my baby. I wanted to include him. And so one night (in the dark of the night after yet another 3am feed), the idea for the Mother & Baby Circle was born.
