Julian Vayne is an occultist and psychonaut schooled in the Western Esoteric Tradition, a spiritual lineage rooted in ancient Egypt in which altered states of awareness play a pivotal role. Julian has taught at universities and published on psychedelics in the academic, alternative and popular press. He is a co-organizer of Breaking Convention, Europe’s largest psychedelic conference and a founding member of the Transform Drug Policy Foundation. Julian has been an advisor in licensed medical psychedelic trials, participated as a research subject, and facilitated hundreds of journeys over many decades in a variety of contexts.
