A morning of movement, ritual and community.

Join us for a new monthly, gentle, grounding experience at Plot 9 Maze Hill in Greenwich. The morning will start with a slow Hatha yoga practice, designed to help you go deeper into your body, connect with your breath, and calm the nervous system.

We’ll then share in a meditative tea ritual to cultivate stillness in the mind, before preparing and enjoying a communal brunch , surrounded by trees, herbs and shaded by Plot 9's parachute.

🥣 Prepare & share brunch

Date: Saturday 26th July, 10am–1pm
Cost:  from £15, includes brunch + donation to Plot 9
Tickets: Only 10 available

This event is hosted by Crystal of SOMA Tea & Yoga (@somateayoga)

With 25 years of personal practice and 13 years of teaching, Crystal draws on her yoga practice and training, alongside studies in body-based trauma relief through Somatopia. Her sessions are grounding, unfiltered and honest. No experience required.

We're extremely grateful and excited to have met Crystal, who lives locally and is generously bringing this event to Plot 9 on the basis of all ticket money going to cover the costs of food and the remainder donated to the plot. A wonderful offering to the local community.

Bring a yoga mat (we have a few spares, just let us know if you need one)
