A Sound Bath in collaboration with The Comfort Zone, Cirencester.

A deeply relaxing sound bath to help you reset for the week ahead, slow down and reconnect with yourself in the peaceful Cotswold countryside. Using crystal singing bowls, chakra chimes and other therapeutic instruments. The calming vibrations help settle the nervous system, reduce stress and encourage deep relaxation in a world where it can be hard to find, while supporting the body's natural sense of balance. An hour in sound dedicated to you, followed by extra time to slowly ground ourselves and connect with the group over some tea and cake. The perfect Sunday evening.

Free private onsite parking. Blankets, eye masks and mats are included.
