Men's Circle 4 Week Closed Group: Magician, Warrior, Lover, King

This four week course will bring a committed group of men together to explore the four major masculine archetypes and how they play out in our lives.

Depending on advice from the UK Government, this course may be online. 

During the course we will develop a profound deepening in our self-awareness and responsibility, our courage and power, our capacity for intimacy and passion, and our relaxed confidence.

This course will be a transformational process bringing together psychological, meditative and embodiment techniques to supercharge your sense of intimacy and freedom in life.

WHY THIS COURSE:

This course is designed for those who want to go deep. We will be a closed group forming a supportive container of shared brotherhood.

The field we create together will have the strength of the bonds we build over the previous weeks and the ease and playfulness of our regular time together.

Each one of us will have moments of challenge and growth, as well as joyful celebration.

You will leave this course with a group of friends and brothers who have given and received authentic heartfelt connection with you.

STRUCTURE:

WEEK I - MAGICIAN: we will explore our sense of inner-knowing and awareness, looking at the light and the dark.

WEEK II - WARRIOR: we will explore our relationship with power and our connection with our anger.

WEEK III - LOVER: we will explore our relationship with intimacy and gentleness

WEEK IV - KING: we will explore our ability to be in a state of relaxed confidence

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR

Conor is a psychologist trained as a counsellor and coach. He has been leading Men's Groups and Retreats for the past 5 years. He uses a person-centric approach combined with somatic experiencing to support individuals to come to a deeper awareness of behaviour patterns that no longer serve them. Conor's facilitation style supports individuals in their inquiry by holding a light presence without agenda, listening for questions that want to be asked and supporting people to come to greater ease and flow. Conor's background is in psychology with a B.A. in psychology and an MSc in behaviour change, he has also trained as a holistic counsellor.
