What? 

A series of movement classes exploring the themes of rolling, falling, flying and listening. Each class offers tools and practices to expand movement vocabulary, develop physical awareness, and bring new possibilities into your dance practice.

Drawing from somatics, contact improvisation and contemporary technique, the sessions invite curiosity, responsiveness and play. Open to anyone looking to deepen their movement practice, whether you’re an experienced dancer or simply interested in exploring how the body moves.

Who am I? 

With over a decade of experience in the dancing world, I curate regular local groups as well as seasonal events for people to dive into the world of somatics, contact improvisation and the magic of the moving body. I believe that dance can bring us into a deeper understanding of self, one another and the environment we inhabit. My practices are almost always relational, heavily based in the wisdom of touch, tactility, co-creation and fun.

Please note this will be my final teaching before going on maternity leave.
