What You’ll Experience:

• Connect & Share: We’ll start with a friendly icebreaker to get everyone chatting and comfortable.
• Salsa Spotlight: Learn about the fresh ingredients that make great salsa — the colours, textures, and flavours — and why they matter.
• Hands-On Salsa Making: Roll up your sleeves! Chop, blend, and season your own salsa creation with guidance and plenty of tasting.
• Tasting & Pairing Fun: Sample your salsa with a variety of delicious dippers or hosts  like scrambled tofu, baked potatoes, crackers, fresh veggies, and crisp lettuce leaves.
• Group Reflection: Chat about your favourite combinations, surprises, and how you might recreate these flavours at home.
• Wrap-Up & Takeaways: Share your top salsa pairing on our board and take home any leftovers — bring your own container!

Accessibility & Parking:

Reimagine Co. offers an accessible venue for all participants. Free parking is available onsite in the lot. Paid parking is available across the street—please note it’s privately owned and ticketing is enforced for violations—and there is an additional paid parking lot one building past Reimagine Co., towards Richmond Street.
