Samhain Women's Circle and Sauna

Root & Rising Women's Circles are a chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life and spend a few hours in the company of like-minded women. Together we gather to rest, reflect, share stories, celebrate life's joys, and remember that we don't have to navigate everything alone.

As the wheel turns to late autumn and nature begins to slow down, we gather to honour this seasonal shift and create space for ourselves to do the same.

This extended Root & Rising circle combines two beautiful practices: a two-hour women's circle followed by a nourishing herbal sauna and fire pit evening.

Together we’ll reflect on the abundance of the summer months, release what we no longer need, and reconnect with ourselves through meditation, journaling, sharing, warmth, and seasonal ritual.

Working with the grounding energy of seasonal herbs and the healing element of heat, we’ll slow down, soften, and give our bodies the rest they deserve after the fullness of summer.
