We're bringing Ecstatic Dance into Saturday night!

Join us for a special evening of dancing, with an extended musical journey and plenty of room to explore, express yourself and get completely lost in the music.

Whether you're coming for the first time or you've danced with us before, you're very welcome.

The Music

MOᛉA will take us through an eclectic mix of sounds from around the world, moving between organic grooves, tribal rhythms, global bass, electronic beats and unexpected twists along the way.

Expect moments of intensity, playful energy and quieter passages as the music shifts throughout the evening.

Dance however you feel. Take a break whenever you need one, then jump back in when the music calls you.

We'll begin with a short welcome and a warm cup of cacao before moving into the dance.

Towards the end of the evening, we'll slow things down with a gentle relaxation, followed by fresh fruit and some time to socialise.

About MOᛉA

MOᛉA is a multi genre dj, movement facilitator and founder of Ecstatic Dance Northants.

Her musical journeys draw from a wide range of influences, weaving together global sounds, organic rhythms, electronic music, breaks and bass driven beats.

With a background in somatic movement and a love for musical exploration, she brings her own approach to Ecstatic Dance, encouraging freedom of expression and connection through movement.

Cacao and fresh fruit are included in your ticket.

Cacao is optional. If you're pregnant, have a heart condition, take medication that may interact with cacao or have any concerns, please seek appropriate medical advice before consuming it.

Please arrive around 6:15pm so we can begin together at 6:30pm.

Parking at the venue is limited, but on-street parking is available in the surrounding area. Please allow a little extra time to find a space and check local parking restrictions.

What to Bring

• Water bottle
• Comfortable clothes to move in
• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• A warm layer or blanket for relaxation

There are a few yoga mats available at Resonate.

Ecstatic Dance Guidelines

Our gatherings are sober, talk free and phone free dance spaces.

We dance barefoot where comfortable and safe.

There is no choreography and no right or wrong way to move. You're welcome to dance alone or connect with others.

Please respect your own boundaries and those of others. Physical contact should always be consensual.

Listen to your body, rest whenever you need to and move in a way that feels right for you.

Please take your belongings with you and help us leave the venue clean and as we found it.

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the event may be eligible for a refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non refundable.

• No refund or credit will be given for cancellations within 24 hours, including cancellations on the day or non attendance.

• Tickets cannot be transferred to another person, date or event.

• This is a sober event.

• By attending, you acknowledge that Ecstatic Dance is a self guided movement practice and that you participate at your own responsibility.

Please move within your own limits, stay hydrated and take breaks whenever you need them.
