For the woman ready to unapologetically enter her SELFISH era, guilt free
If you’re a woman running your own business, this might just be the best way you could spend a Saturday in 2026. Limited to a maximum of 24 women, so that there's time to get to know everyone in the room, and you'll leave with a clear 90 day plan that you're excited to implement straight away.
Not everyone gets to build a business they’re genuinely passionate about. One that makes them excited for Monday mornings. But to really make it work, you have to step into your SELFISH era and put yourself and your dreams first. That doesn’t always come naturally to us as kind, caring women with the default setting to help others!
In your SELFISH era, you and your dreams come first. Long gone are the days of resenting the people you love and give so much to. Letting go of some of those obligations actually empowers them to take on more for themselves - they'll be grateful for the trust you're showing in them. You rest and play without feeling guilty or waiting to earn it, because you recognise that it's supposed to energise you - not to be a reward or a necessity.
This retreat day is your chance to escape the noise, celebrate your ambition and protect your peace. You created your business for fun, fulfilment, flexibility, freedom, and fair financial reward - not to let it become your whole life. You’ll leave this event feeling energised, inspired, and full of ideas, with a clear plan to move forward in a balanced, sustainable way.
As with everything I do, the day blends work, rest, and play. It’s not a spa day, it’s not a party, and it’s not a full day of work either. It’s a mix of grounding, creativity, reflection, and practical planning, all designed to spark ideas and help you turn them into something real.
Feedback from my last retreat day
In the 6 months following my last retreat day, guests went on to secure statutory funding, open offices, and employ staff!
“I was quite nervous about coming and sharing my ideas and struggles today, but the structure of the day has really helped.”
“To leave feeling that you haven’t just identified the struggle, but you’ve found a way through it; it’s amazing. I’ve absolutely loved it.”
“I feel really energised; I’m excited about the future; I’m excited about taking my business in new directions, and today has really helped me distil what the next steps are.”
“I felt just the right amount of uncomfortable.” – This is the really important feedback because this is my aim, always! It’s about getting the balance of challenge and fun just right, so that you can grow in an enjoyable way – otherwise it’s not sustainable.
What to expect on the day (All subject to change!)
The day will follow my Hop, Skip, Jump framework:
We'll start with some grounding, relaxation to get everyone feeling fully present and ready to forget what's going on at home and lock in for the day!
HOP is all about reflecting on your life as it is right now, this is the moment for harsh truths and brutal honesty with yourself as you recognise what beliefs, responsibilities and ideas it's time to let go of. All of my experience has shown me the importance of this step, and it's one most of us want to miss out!
SKIP is where we get a bit silly to get our creative juices flowing. We're going to have fun with this bit, visualising what you want from your future - in your business, and the impact that will have on the rest of your life too. This is about making it so alluring that you will do whatever it takes to make it your reality - this is where your boundaries become easy. If something's going to get you closer to that vision, it's a yes; if it's taking you off course, it's a no.
We'll share a delicious, nutritious lunch together (and there will be plenty of breaks throughout so you can get to know each other too).
JUMP is where we get a bit more practical and strategic and get some plans down on paper so that you can move forward in the way that's going to bring you the success you want, without sacrificing your joy in the process. This is about creating rhythms and routines that work for you. You'll be sharing your dreams and goals with the group for accountability - this is really powerful. If you can't even say your dream out loud, you're already holding yourself back.
We'll finish with some more relaxation so that you can leave feeling confident and motivated in a calm way. (I've left too many of these events overflowing with ideas and getting myself all too overwhelmed when it's not possible to action them all immediately!)
And if you fancy it afterwards, you can head down to Dawlish Warren for a sea dip or a bag of chips on the beach.
You’re also invited to a pre‑event call on 22/9 to meet the group and ask questions - think of this like the hen night before a wedding: your chance to get to know the others so there are friendly faces on the day!
And to our integration call on 6/10 to celebrate your wins and keep your motivation high. This is what will really make the difference in you having ideas and actually implementing them. Game changer!
Upgrading to a Gold ticket also gives you access to an indulgent 90 minute 1:1 with Chloe to delve deeper into your personal action plan, identifying any areas that need refining or where you might sabotage yourself so that you can be sure to get the results you've been dreaming of even more quickly - more business success, more impact, more money, all achieved in fewer hours so you have more time for rest and play.
