Sound Meditation in the Salt Room

Join Carly for a deep Sound Meditation featuring Himalayan singing bowls, held in the serene Salt Room at Lomi Lomi Massage & Spa.

Sound Meditation is an immersive, deep listening practice where the vibrations and frequencies of the singing bowls guide you into a meditative state that helps to regulate your nervous system, soften your body-mind, and switch on your body’s natural restorative powers. It is a space to listen to your body as you tune into your sensations, emotions, imagination and intuition.

The Salt Room walls are adorned with panels of Himalayan Salt, the benefits of which may include; improved respiratory health and oxygen intake, better muscle recovery, and stress reduction.

There are only 5 spaces per session, making them super cosy and intimate, and the bowls sound incredible in this womb-like space.

The session begins promptly at 6pm. Please arrive 10 minutes before to get settled into the space.
