Flow & Sound at Jolly Nice

Monday 18th May  6-7pm, £18
In the Yurt, Jolly Nice, Frampton Mansell, Stroud, GL6 8HZ

Flow & Sound - a nourishing combination of movement into rest.

A 60 minute session to relax, reset and take time for yourself.

We will start with some gentle breathwork, movement and stretching before settling into a long rest, accompanied by the beautiful and relaxing sound of singing bowls, the voice and other wonderful sound healing instruments.

To leave feeling expanded, refreshed and calm.

All welcome, no experience necessary.

Please note, as this yurt is nearby to the cafe, there may be some background noise that can be heard from inside. If you feel that you may be sensitive to this, please consider one of my other venues - I also do flow & sound in the yurt at Wiltshire Wild Sauna.

A bit more about me:

Bethan, a yoga teacher, sound practitioner and drum circle facilitator, holds spaces in and around the Cotswolds to ground and gather. She brings people together with creative and dynamic flows, whilst having fun and building connection to ourselves and those around us. Her offerings expand to sound healing and drumming as she believes sound has an unbelievable power to bring us into presence, release stress and find connection or clarity.

Taking deeper inspiration around the lunar cycles and the seasons, Bethan believes that nature and the world has so much to show us, hence why off the mat you’ll usually find her in the water or way out in the countryside!
