Spirit Groove: Monthly Drumming Circle (October 2026)

🌕 Spirit Groove Drumming Circle – October Gathering 🌕

As the days grow shorter and autumn settles in, we invite you to join us for an evening of rhythm, connection and community.

October is a beautiful time to slow down, turn inward and let go of what no longer needs to be carried. Through the steady heartbeat of the drum, we'll create a space to pause, breathe and reconnect — with ourselves, with the earth and with the people sharing the circle.

Whether you're picking up a drum for the very first time or you've been drumming with us for years, everyone is welcome. There is no experience needed and no right or wrong way to drum — simply come as you are and allow yourself to be guided by the rhythm.

We'll spend the evening moving into the rhythm together, creating a powerful collective vibration that can help settle the mind, ground the body and bring us fully into the present moment.
