Sauna & sound bath.

Welcome.

If you are looking for a magical summers evening in the woods, then you are in the right place.

We are offering a combination of relaxation and community vibes. Beggining with a sauna that overlooks the most idylic lake and then resting for one hour of sound.

What is a sound bath?

My sound baths are a little different to the usual, i call them journeys. My mission is to support you in reclaiming your inner wisdom. I use my voice, intuitive guidance and spirit led sounds that match energetic frequencies to guide you into pure relaxation. These instruments include handpan, gong, koshi chimes and more.

In truth these blissful experiences are difficult to decsribe in words and best experienced.
