Pre-book readings and treatments

Selected readings, healing sessions and treatments are available to book in advance, helping you secure your preferred practitioner and appointment time before the day.

Pre-book for free entry

Reserve your entry in advance for free. Entry on the door is £2, and under-16s enter free.

Please reserve one advance-entry ticket for each visitor aged 16 or over.

Whether you’re already part of the holistic world or simply curious to experience something new, come along, explore at your own pace and see what you’re drawn to.

Everyone aged 18 or over who pre-books their free entry will also be entered into our prize draw to win a £25 voucher to spend with one exhibitor at the fayre.

Advance entry and prize-draw registration close at 12pm on Friday 9 October 2026. The winner will be selected at random at 5pm that day and contacted using the email address provided when booking.

Prize-draw terms

The prize draw is operated by The Healing Collective Events and is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. No purchase is necessary. One entry will be included for each named adult advance-entry ticket booked before 12pm on 9 October 2026, with a maximum of one entry per person.

The winner will be selected at random and contacted by email. The prize is one £25 voucher, which must be spent in a single transaction with one exhibitor of the winner’s choice at the Brockenhurst fayre on 10 October 2026. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. If the winner cannot attend, another winner may be selected.

Personal information will be used to administer the booking and prize draw. Marketing emails will only be sent where separate consent has been provided. The decision of The Healing Collective Events is final.

Booking Terms
Event Entry

Advance entry to The Healing Collective – Mind, Body & Spirit Fayre is free when booked online before the advance-booking deadline.

Entry without an advance booking is £2 per person, payable on arrival. Under-16s enter free.

Advance entry is valid only for the event, date and location shown on your booking confirmation. Booking event entry does not reserve an appointment with a reader, therapist, healer or other practitioner.

Pre-Booked Readings, Treatments & Healing Sessions

Pre-booked readings, treatments and healing sessions reserve a specific appointment time with the selected practitioner.

Because this time is reserved specifically for you, bookings are non-refundable if you cancel, change your mind or do not attend. Bookings may be transferred to another person if you contact us before the event.

Please arrive at the event at least 10 minutes before your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened so that later appointments can run on time. Refunds will not be provided for appointments missed or shortened because of late arrival.

If the practitioner or The Healing Collective Events cancels your appointment, you will be offered a suitable alternative where available or a full refund for the affected booking.

£25 Gift Voucher Prize Draw

Anyone aged 18 or over who books free advance entry before the prize draw closes will automatically receive one entry into the £25 gift voucher prize draw.

No purchase is necessary to enter. One prize draw entry is permitted per eligible person. Duplicate advance-entry bookings will not provide additional entries. Booking a reading, treatment or healing session without booking event entry does not automatically enter you into the prize draw.

Prize draw entries close at 12pm on the day before the event. The winner will be selected at random at 5pm that day and contacted using the email address provided when booking.

The winner must attend the event for which their entry was submitted. If the winner is unable to attend, another winner may be selected.

The £25 voucher:

Is valid only at the event, date and location shown on the winning booking confirmation.
Must be spent in one transaction with one participating exhibitor.
Cannot be divided between different exhibitors.
Has no cash alternative.
Cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given.
Cannot be used at a different Healing Collective event.
Event Changes

The Healing Collective Events may make reasonable changes to the exhibitor line-up, activities or event arrangements where necessary.

Unless you have booked a specific appointment, the attendance of an individual exhibitor, reader, therapist or practitioner cannot be guaranteed.

Personal Information

Personal information supplied during booking will be used to manage your booking, administer the prize draw and provide important information about the event.

You will only receive future marketing emails from The Healing Collective Events if you have separately agreed to receive them. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
