Is there such a thing as healthy embodied power? And what does this look like for women?
Today’s world leaders are dangerous role models with their unchecked “power over” archetypes, prioritising profit, division and war.
Frankly, we’re alarmed. Watching world events unfold, it’s easy to feel a sense of disempowerment and rapidly deteriorating hope.
Yet we cannot let dysfunctional power dynamics be the new normal.
We believe power doesn’t have to be harmful. It can be liberating, generative. Like the hindu goddess Kali, or the Black Madonna, power can burn away what doesn’t serve, or protect what needs protection. Despite common belief, it can also clear space for us to fully surrender into a moment, allowing our bodies to rest. Power can be both the fiery energising force forwards, and it can also exist in quiet discernment of knowing your own boundaries, desires, and ability to surrender.
Today the world needs more women choosing to be in their power.
This workshop is for women who want to step into strength but aren’t sure where to start. For women who aren’t always clear on what they want, and struggle to connect with their intuitive somatic sense of authority.
Led by facilitators that have a background in hosting women’s anger retreats, dream workshops and 1:1 anger and dream coaching, this workshop blends different somatic and visualisation tools to guide participants to get intimate with their inner power.
Bringing together a unique blend of yin and yang expertise through our previous anger and dream work, we are ready to reimagine women’s power with you and forge a different path where leadership is heart-centred.
You’ll leave this workshop with an understanding of what’s blocking you from stepping into your power and how to transform it; a sense of what embodied power and disempowerment physically feels like in your body; and armed with tools to channel these new discoveries in daily life.
Inspired by the work of power pioneers Kasia Urbaniak and the late Carolyn Elliot, and active dreaming expert Robert Moss.
Come join us. It’s time.

About your facilitators
Orsolya Szeverics has been actively exploring a range of personal growth practices for over thirteen years. With nearly ten years of experience in healthcare through both study and work, she decided to forge her own path - supporting people with a key focus on mental and emotional health. Through the embodiment of emotions and creative liberation practices, her work fosters authenticity and a collective sense of renewal in our communities, one circle at a time.
Orshi facilitates transformational women's spaces focusing on anger, rituals, connection, self-reflection, embodiment, creativity through artistic expression and neo emotional release sessions. With this work, participants can experience how it feels to break free from the expectations of our society, and cultivate a deeper awareness of themselves and live a happier, more fulfilling life.
Kaliana French has been engaging in dreamwork for the last decade, ranging from harnessing prophetic dreams to lucid dreaming exploration and symbolism interpretation. Passionate about bridging spirituality and dreams, Kaliana believes dreaming is a pathway into connection with the wisdom of our higher selves. Previously, Kaliana was a director of a non-profit organisation focused on telling the story of the harms of technology, the ethics around social media and AI. Today she is a certified dream teacher after training with dream expert and author Robert Moss, and leads dream circles, drumming journeys and 1:1 dream coaching.
