My sessions are not the usual one-hour experience. I intentionally offer an extended 1.5-hour energy transmission, allowing more time for surrender, connection and exploration of your inner experience.

Bribri Ceremonial Cacao

Share beautiful ceremonial cacao from the Indigenous Bribri community of Costa Rica, a place very close to my heart. Cacao that I personally connected with during my time with the Indigenous people and their land, brought here with love and intention.

Achiote Plant Ritual & Aura Cleansing

Experience a beautiful plant ritual using achiote, traditionally used by Indigenous communities. A moment to set intentions, reconnect with yourself and symbolically release what no longer serves you.

Sound Meditation

Soften, relax and surrender into sound. Allow yourself to become present, quiet the outside noise and listen within.

This is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who you are beneath the noise, the expectations and everything the world has told you to be.

You don’t need to fix yourself. You don’t need to prove anything. You don’t need to become anyone else.

Sometimes, all you need is a safe, grounded space to let go, listen to your body and reconnect with the truth that has always lived within you.

My intention is not to tell you who you are or what your experience should look like. I am not here to put myself on a pedestal or give you answers. I am here to hold space for you to explore your own inner world, discover your own truth and find your own way through within.

There is no right or wrong way to experience this. No expectations, no pressure and no need to share anything. Simply come as you are.
