Play isn’t just for kids – it’s a mindful way for adults to find calm, creativity, and connection.

LEGO isn’t just for children! In this 90-minute workshop designed exclusively for adults, rediscover the joy of play as a tool for mental well-being. Click, Create, Connect invites you to step away from daily stresses, engage in mindful building, and explore your creativity in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Led by experienced mindfulness teacher Kim, this session blends mindfulness exercises, reflective sharing, and creative challenges using LEGO bricks. Together, we’ll reconnect with our inner child and build a moment of calm, piece by piece.

What to Expect:
