Feel alive in your body and connect with nourishing energy through dynamic movement, mindful breathing and meditation.
These 1hr sessions bring together aspects of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Iyengar and Bikram, and are suitable for those who have dabbled in yoga and want to explore further through to experienced yogi's.
Each sessions is an opportunity to check in with ourselves and connect with the version of us that has turned up on the mat today. Breath synchronises with movement and in turn brings focus and mental clarity. We explore our edge and play with balance, strength and flexibilty safe in the knowledge there is no competition, just an invitation to be here now.
I like to bring a sense of humour and some tasty tunes to my classes so leave the ego at the door and join us for some lush yoga! You're worth it!
