Merkaba Experience
Merkaba is a therapeutic board game workshop that enhances connection, self-awareness, and regulation skills through play—or put differently, it's a self-inquiry into your own nature.
We create a safe, welcoming space where you can explore different parts of yourself—your body, mind, emotions, and energy. Through gentle invitations and playful enquiry, we attend to areas that feel out of balance, helping you reconnect with what supports your wellbeing.
Working with the elements as our guide, the experience is fun, engaging, and inspiring. It's designed to help you fulfil your greater potential, discover new insights, and leave feeling motivated and grounded.
