Treat yourself this Winter to a deeply embodied experience at Sambogaya studio and Spa in Glastonbury to support a slowing down and warming up within.

Blanche is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and movement facilitator. Her approach supports nervous system healing and supports a connection to body as a source of imagination, creativity and inner resource.
Includes :
- 1 hour Guided somatic movement session in beautiful studio with underfloor heating
- 1.5 hour spa session with use of sauna, ice bath and outdoor hot tub
- High quality spring water from our Avalon aquifer sourcing the spa and all drinking water
