Shamanic Journey Circle

Join me for a welcoming shamanic journey circle.

We’ll begin by grounding together, gently settling the body and setting an intention. I’ll introduce the foundations of journeying, explaining how to enter and return from the experience, with freedom to move at your own pace and pause whenever you need.

Carried by the rhythm of the drum, you’ll be invited to explore the Lower World—a landscape you might experience through ancient forests, winding roots, hidden caves or flowing waters. Here, you may encounter a supportive animal guide, discover a meaningful symbol or receive an insight to carry back with you.

There is no right way to journey and nothing you need to make happen. Your experience may unfold through images, feelings, sensations or a quiet sense of connection. You’re welcome to understand what arises spiritually, symbolically or through your imagination.

We’ll return gently, with time to ground, reflect and share if you wish. No previous experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Spaces are limited. Advance booking essential.

Please bring something to lie on (e.g. a sheepskin or a mat etc), a blanket, a cushion, water and a journal if you wish to make notes. You might also like to bring an eye-mask for the journeying.

Please arrive at 18:50 for a 19:00 start.

The location is at Chew Valley Yoga , Church Farm, Church Lane, Stanton Drew, Bristol BS39 4EW.
