Sacred Sound Bath – Ryde ✨

Take an hour just for you and allow yourself to switch off, deeply relax and be immersed in the beautiful vibrations of sound.

Join Laura & Rosie from Mystical Soul Sanctuary for our Sacred Sound Bath, where you'll be guided into relaxation before being surrounded by the sounds and vibrations of our collection of instruments.

Our Sound Baths may include:

• Gongs
• Singing bowls
• Tuning forks
• Tube chimes
• Drums and percussion
• Vocals and other therapeutic sound instruments

Every Sound Bath is different and created intuitively in the moment.

Sound can provide a beautiful space to slow down, rest, reconnect and simply step away from everyday life for a while. No previous experience is needed — just come as you are.

Time: 6:00pm–7:00pm
Exchange: £15 per person
Location: Ryde, Isle of Wight

Mats are available, although you're very welcome to bring your own. Please bring anything that will help you feel comfortable and cosy, such as a blanket, pillow and water.

Spaces are limited and advance booking is recommended.

We look forward to welcoming you into the space. 💜
