A relaxing sound bath designed to support rest, balance and wellbeing through sound and vibration. Using crystal singing bowls, chakra chimes and other therapeutic instruments. The session helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress and encourage deep relaxation. Sound healing works with frequencies and vibrations to help restore the body's natural balance, supporting you to feeling more centred grounded and in harmony with yourself. Melt into an hour dedicated entirely to you.
