This workshop is designed to support healthy self-awareness and authentic expression in relationships, and is  open to all adults. You are  welcome to come by yourself,  with a partner, or come with a friend. No experience necessary. 

Join me for an immersive exploration of conscious connection and authentic relating. You’ll be guided through various exercises that invite you to drop your masks, practice vulnerability and be seen and witnessed as your true radiant, a-MAZ-ing self, within a safe, intimate setting. 

  • Do you ever feel like you’re not being true to yourself when you’re interacting with others?
  • Do you ever find yourself holding back, over accommodating, or compromising in ways that can sometimes bring about resentment or frustration?
  • Would you like to bring more of YOU to relationships with friends, colleagues, family members and your romantic partner(s)?

If you’re curious to explore connection on a whole new level, please join this interactive, connected and playful workshop.

The intention is that you leave feeling lighter, more joyful and with a fresh awareness of your magnificent self.

About the facilitators:

Vaughan:

Vaughan is a trained yoga, breathwork, mindfulness and wellbeing facilitator, with a passion for supporting spaces that allow people to thrive rather than simply survive. Trained in level two Non-Violent Communication (NVC), motivational interviewing and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), his work explores a hybrid of cognitive and somatic work to find balance and flow in everyday life.
