Full Moon Spell Stitching

In this particular session we will be using hand dyed felt and wool to create spells/prayers/intentions under the energy of the full moon. Working with limiting beliefs and the laws of manifesting we’ll stitch pieces that hold intention, prayers and healing as we get clearer on what we’d like to welcome into our lives next.

What would you like to invite into your life right now?

What would you gift yourself if you dared to be bold?

What does your heart desire even if it feels vulnerable or impossible?

And what parts of you hold back, resist or don't allow you to receive those things?

These workshops are  embodied and magical stitching where fabric and thread is energy and intention. They're an imaginative mix of  somatic creativity, journal prompts, small moments of easy guided meditation, connection to landscape, ritual, and time to share and be witnessed.

Using colour, fabric and beautifully imperfect stitches (no experience necessary) we explore our connection to self and our inner worlds.

It's wonky, witchy stitching - a sacred energy tool for navigating life transitions and any feelings of being lost or at a crossroads.

This is a part of a series of 4 workshops this autumn. Come to one or come to them all!
