Together we embark on a journey, grounding into our earth body, then gradually activating kundalini / life force energy and raising it higher into our entire body, feeling the power of life moving through us in whatever way she takes form in complete surrender to divine Shakti, and then settling back down integrating the energy back to Earth Body. 

Our Shakti Awakening Session looks like this:

• We open this online container with grounding practices to connect deeper into our body, then connecting with our sacral energy at the base of our spine rooted to earth
• Using breathwork and Tao Qi Gong exercises to connect each dantian (center of energy) in the body, activating and circulating the energy from lower dantian, middle dantian and upper dantian.
• Awakening the microcosmic orbit for the energy to circulate through the spinal column
• Combining breathwork, sound and movement to awaken, circulate and let Shakti flow uniquely to your body/energy
• Grounding practice
• Closing circle

Unfold into the rich delicacy of our Shakti power as the portal to the Great Feminine Mysteries, the vessel for healing, transformation, wisdom and bringer of life. 

This is open to all genders, Shakti is alive, just as Shiva is, within all of us and we are activating and harnessing that energy.

Anya  has been holding workshops & retreats for 7 years, in Womens work, Yoga, Breathwork, Sound Healing, sexuality and connection spaces. She has learnt from teachers across the world from eastern and celtic lineages to alchemise into the offerings she delivers today including Shashi Solluna, Minke De Vos, Catherine Hale, Rachel Rickards, Caffyn Jesse, Eshana Spiers in the fields of Taoist Tantric Arts, Intimacy Education, Nervous System Regulation and Trauma Informed Facilitation. She is passionate about bringing people in circle to connect from our true essence, allowing masks to fall away, and learning to move from our centre into connection, expression with integrity, truth, aliveness and all this whilst developing embodied regulation. She creates space for the powerful current of life force energy, Eros to flow through our entjre being and connecting us to the wed of great mysteries, to all of divine nature and beings.
