Heart & Yoni Harmonising: Online Yoni Reclamation Series

You are invited into this online series of  reclaiming your sovereign sexuality, your self-pleasure, the full spectrum of your sexuality, and worshipping your body as the temple it is. 

This is a combination of nervous system resourcing/grounding practices, Taoist Tantric Arts, Yoni Egg practices, Self Love & Self pleasure practices, and Heart sharing in our sister community. You can join for a one off session or join for the whole journey. Each session is a self-contained journey but for greater healing you will benefit from the entire series. 

So i call to the women to gather to feel the rememberance of the way we used to be, of the ways our Yoni would be revered and worshipped by ALL. 
 

You are invited to feel your body coming alive with the rippling currents of eros... Our heart softly opening to deeply receive... To experience our full spectrum of our sensuality & sexuality and what that means as a yoni-owner. Blossoming into the rich delicacy of our femininity that's graced with the sacred current of eros that flows through the portal of our yoni into our entire being. We honour our yoni, and our body, as the temple, the portal to the Great Feminine Mysteries, the vessel for healing, transformation, wisdom and bringer of life. 

 Our Yoni holds trauma, trapped emotions and energies and can cause tension, numbness, lack of sensation, lack of pleasure, medical conditions when not healed. These practices unravel what is held in our yoni slowly, at a pace that's right for your individual body, to gradually unfold and awaken more pleasure, sensation, vitality, insight, clarity, confidence, personal power, self worth, self love…

Session One: Heart&Yoni Harmonising

• We open this online container with grounding, calming, self-loving practices.
• Then we enter into Gestalt therapy to listen to each our heart and our yoni to come into harmony with one another's needs and desires
• Guided Visualisation clearing stuck energies/emotions from the waters of our womb, allowing our sacred waters to flow more freely
• Gentle Breast & Yoni (external) massage
• Up until this point you have the option to: have camera/audio fully off, remain clothed on camera, camera on but low lighting/can't be seen, or partially/fully nude. No part of the session is recorded, it is a closed container, but the most important is for your body to be fully comfortable.
• Heart sharing circle  - we welcome for all to redress to be clothed, and to turn on cameras/audio to hear one another's experiences. This is a powerful learning in sharing our story and hearing others stories and is our integration

Session Two: Yoni Egg De-amouring Practice

• We open this online container with grounding, calming, self-loving practices.
• Breast massage, belly massage and then connecting to our yoni and our yoni egg before lying down and moving through the deamouring process. It is not essential to insert the yoni egg, it is important to go at the pace of what your yoni is telling you she needs. This is part of the healing and the reprogramming.
• Grounding practice
• Heart sharing circle  - we welcome for all to redress to be clothed, and to turn on cameras/audio to hear one another's experiences. This is a powerful learning in sharing our story and hearing others stories and is our integration

Session Three: Taoist Qi Yoni Revitalisation

• We open this online container with grounding, calming, self-loving practices.
• Taoist Qi practices, Breast massage, belly massage and then connecting to our yoni and our yoni egg before lying down and moving through a process to heal, connect and revitalise our organs. Like reflexology, our yoni holds certain points that connect to each organ and part of the body. We move through a series of specific practices to awaken sensation and healing to our organs, our whole body and our yoni

Taoist Qi Yoni Revitalisation: Online Yoni Reclamation Series · Dandelion

You can massage skin contact under a sarong, towel, over it, or massage nude with the camera facing away or dimmed. Camera ON is ONLY necessary during opening introductions to drop in together and during the heart sharing closing circle, the rest of the session is your choice of if camera/audio is on or off. 

Each session is 2 hours

This session is for those who identify as Yoni-holders. For the safety of the container it will not be recorded.

Anya  has been holding workshops & retreats for 7 years, in Womens work, Yoga, Breathwork, Sound Healing, sexuality and connection spaces. She has learnt from teachers across the world from eastern and celtic lineages to alchemise into the offerings she delivers today. She is passionate about bringing people in circle to connect from our true essence, allowing masks to fall away, and learning to move from our centre into connection, expression with integrity, truth, aliveness and all this whilst developing embodied regulation. She creates space for the powerful current of life force energy, Eros to flow through our entjre being and connecting us to the wed of great mysteries, to all of divine nature and beings. Creating a space that feels deeply safe for our entire being is integral to all the offerings she holds, believing only from this deep rooted safety can we blossom and open to pleasure, expression, connection.
