Awaken to the already boundless nature of mind
Explore the nondual nature of consciousness in this transformative experiential workshop that offers a path to freedom from identification with thought.
Led by James Cooke, PhD—Oxford-trained neuroscientist and author of The Dawn of Mind—this experience invites you to explore the boundless nature of your own awareness and access a dimension of liberation that is always present.
Grounded in neuroscience, psychology, and multiple contemplative traditions, this workshop provides practical techniques to transcend the mind’s limiting constructs.
Through meditation and guided inquiry, you’ll uncover the unbound nature of awareness beyond dualistic thought, fostering greater wellbeing and presence in everyday life.

About James Cooke

James Cooke trained as a neuroscientist after a profound awakening as a teenager that showed him the reality of spiritual states of consciousness. He has three degrees in experimental psychology and neuroscience from Oxford University, including a PhD in neuroscience. He has conducted research into the brain basis of consciousness at such institutions as Oxford University; the University of California, Berkeley; University College London; Trinity College Dublin; and Riken Brain Sciences Institute in Tokyo. At the University of London, he achieved the theoretical breakthrough that forms the basis of his new book, The Dawn of Mind, first publishing his findings in the prestigious Journal of Consciousness Studies and later in Entropy. Outside of academia, he directs the Inner Space Institute, a platform for promoting understanding around science and spirituality.

This was a highly practical workshop where we performed 4 meditations exploring the awareness of "self" and our consciousness. James mentioned a couple of meditation techniques/tools that I started using since the workshop. His knowledge is just incredible and he is a very considerate facilitator. I really enjoyed the workshop and would definitely attend again.

James Cooke is one of those rare academics who is able to combine academic rigor with a willingness to let his work also be inspired by the insights of spirituality and psychedelics. The result are presentations and discussions that will challenge your ideas, and are always inspiring to listen to!
