Kundalini Activation – Live Group Session

This is a live, in-person group Kundalini Activation held in a calm, supportive space.

You’ll be lying down with your eyes closed while music plays, allowing the body’s own intelligence to respond. There’s no force, no pushing, and nothing you need to “do” — just arrive and let the experience unfold.

People often experience deep relaxation, emotional release, energetic movement and the felt sense of there inner divinity. Every session is different, and your experience will be exactly what’s right for you on the day.

No prior experience is needed. Just bring yourself with an open, relaxed attitude.
