Sunday morning meditations with @radiantsoul__yoga at café RØST in Winchester.
These meditation mornings will be a safe, nurturing space for deepening self-awareness through the practice of inner listening. Each session will follow a theme focused on tuning into the subtle messages of the body, mind, and heart, helping you reconnect with your true essence. Every fortnight, the focus will shift, exploring different aspects of inner listening.
The perfect blend of guided meditation and moments of silence to attune to intuitive guidance.
Whether you're new to meditation or experienced, these sessions will guide you toward greater clarity, balance, and insight.
There will be time after to reflect with ourselves/each other or journal with provided prompts. And even sip on a cup of ceremonial cacao…
