IMMERSIVE NEURODYNAMIC BREATHWORK

An evening dedicated to deep release, self-discovery, and reconnection with the wisdom of your own body.

Through the power of conscious, connected breathing and carefully curated music, we will create a safe and supportive space to step beyond the busy, analytical mind and into a deeper experience of yourself.

NeuroDynamic Breathwork (NDB) is a dynamic practice that uses continuous, rhythmic breathing to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and greater self-awareness. As the breath becomes the guide, you may begin to access emotions, sensations, memories, and insights that are ready to be felt, processed, and integrated.

This is an invitation to soften the layers of stress and emotional holding that can accumulate through life, and to reconnect with your innate capacity for healing, clarity, creativity, and resilience.

There is nothing you need to achieve or force. Your journey is your own.

Held within a carefully guided and supportive space, you will be invited to trust the intelligence of your breath, listen to your body, and allow whatever arises to move through you in its own way.

Come exactly as you are, breathe deeply, and give yourself permission to explore what lies beneath the surface.

An evening to release. To reconnect. To remember the wisdom within.

NEURODYNAMIC BREATHWORK

NeuroDynamic Breathwork is a specific type of breathwork that involves fast, connected breathing designed to bypass the analytical mind and activate the body’s innate self-healing mechanisms. By engaging with the breath in a structured way, participants can experience profound emotional and physical healing.

During the session, participants breathe in a rhythmic, continuous pattern while listening to specially curated music. This process helps to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, facilitating deep relaxation and emotional release. Through this technique, NeuroDynamic Breathwork encourages a heightened state of awareness, allowing individuals to reconnect with their emotions and experiences in a safe, controlled environment.

The Science Behind NeuroDynamic Breathwork:

  • Activation of the Parasympathetic Nervous System: Helps lower stress and anxiety, promoting deep relaxation.
  • Enhanced Brain Function: Breathwork can impact brainwave activity, boosting creativity, clarity, and emotional regulation.
  • Emotional Release: By regulating breath, the body is able to release stored emotions and traumas, often resulting in cathartic emotional experiences during the session.

The Benefits of Breathwork:

  • Stress Relief: Studies show that breathwork can significantly reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression.
  • Trauma Healing: Through deep emotional release, NDB helps individuals integrate and heal from past emotional trauma.
  • Mental Clarity & Emotional Resilience: Increased self-awareness and emotional balance, helping individuals cope with life's challenges.

DR. HANNA LIND

My name is Hanna. I grew up on a farm in Iceland, surrounded by nature, animals, and open space. From an early age, I felt a deep connection to the natural world and developed a trust in its innate wisdom and ability to find balance.

Guided by a calling to health and healing, I trained as a medical doctor and later worked in clinical medicine and pharmaceutical research. While this path deepened my respect for science and evidence, it also led me to question a healthcare system that can overlook the emotional, mental, and embodied aspects of wellbeing.

This question stayed with me: how do we support healing in a way that honours both science and the lived experience of being human?

Alongside my medical career, I dedicated myself to yoga and meditation, completing my 200-hour yoga teacher training with YogaWestLondon. These practices supported my own nervous system, presence, and self-awareness, helping bridge the gap between clinical knowledge and embodied experience.

While exploring different holistic modalities, I discovered breathwork. From my very first session, something shifted profoundly. I experienced how conscious breathing could open new states of awareness, allowing emotions, memories, and insights to surface.

This search for a more holistic understanding of health continues to shape my work today, bringing together science, embodied experience, and the transformative potential of the breath.
