Terms and conditions

Terms & Conditions

We’re a small, independent community dance party with a maximum capacity of 120 people. These terms are here to help keep the event safe, welcoming and enjoyable for everyone.

Tickets & Entry

Tickets are valid only for the event and date stated.

Please have your ticket or booking confirmation ready on arrival. Tickets may not be resold for more than their original face value.

Buying a ticket does not guarantee entry if you arrive intoxicated, behave aggressively or make other guests feel unsafe.

As we operate at a small capacity, tickets are generally non-refundable. If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered a refund of the ticket price. Booking fees may be subject to the ticketing platform's own terms.

Community & Safer Space

This is an inclusive community event. Everyone attending is expected to treat other guests, artists, venue staff and organisers with respect.

Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, harassment, unwanted touching, intimidation or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated.

Respect people's personal space and boundaries. Consent should be clear and ongoing.

Anyone behaving in a way that threatens the safety or enjoyment of others may be asked to leave without a refund.

If something happens that makes you or somebody else uncomfortable, please speak to a member of the event or venue team.

The Dance Floor

The dance floor is at the heart of the party. We encourage people to be present with the music and with each other.

Please keep extended conversations away from the main dance floor where possible and use the other areas of the venue for chatting.

We encourage minimal phone use on the dance floor. Please do not photograph or film other guests without their consent.

Food

Hot food is included as part of the event while supplies last.

We will aim to provide inclusive food options and make allergen and dietary information available where reasonably possible.

However, food is prepared and/or served in an environment where allergens may be present. If you have a serious allergy or specific dietary requirement, please speak to the team before eating.

Please don't assume that a dish is allergen-free unless this has been specifically confirmed.

Alcohol & Drugs

Please drink responsibly and look after yourself and those around you.

Anyone who appears excessively intoxicated or whose behaviour is creating a risk to themselves or others may be refused entry or asked to leave.

Illegal drugs are not permitted at the event or venue.

Sound & Hearing

Music may be played at high volume. Hearing protection is recommended, particularly if you are sensitive to loud sound or intend to spend extended periods close to the sound system.

Please take breaks from the dance floor when you need them.

Personal Belongings

Please look after your belongings. The organisers and venue cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Accessibility & Individual Needs

We want the party to be as welcoming and accessible as reasonably possible.

If you have accessibility requirements, dietary needs or anything else that may affect your experience, please contact us in advance so we can let you know what arrangements are available.

Changes to the Event

Artists, timings, food provision and other details may occasionally need to change because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will communicate significant changes wherever reasonably possible.

Photography

We want people to feel comfortable and free to enjoy themselves.

Please ask before taking identifiable photographs or videos of other guests. Any official event photography will be communicated to guests, and you can ask not to be photographed.

Leaving & Re-entry

Re-entry is subject to the venue's policy and capacity restrictions on the night. Please respect our neighbours when arriving at or leaving the venue, particularly late at night.

Responsibility

Everyone attends the event at their own risk and is responsible for their own wellbeing and behaviour.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Our Ethos

This is a small party built around music, dancing, food and community rather than a conventional club night.

Look after yourself, look after each other, respect the venue and help us maintain the atmosphere that makes a small gathering like this possible.

By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

I agree to the terms and conditions

By proceeding you also agree to Dandelion's terms and conditions and understand this event is organised by Drum Talk, who takes financial and legal responsibility for the event.
