An antidote to the modern mud: Mining the raw imagination within.

Drink your tea — Chalk your table.

Gathered in an intimate circle, you will be guided through the art of traditional Gongfu tea brewing. This is not passive silence or trying to force your mind into empty nothingness. It is an open-eyed, awake meditation—an active, sensory space of shared presence.

Through the medicine of aged tea and creative expression on our chalk tables, we explore:

A Martial Art for Soul Grounding: Anchoring awareness into the living body.

The Swaying Meditation: Moving with breath, open eyes, and an alert, responsive posture.

Dialogue with the Unconscious: Stepping into the hidden chambers of the psyche. Rather than running from the shadow, we sit with it, bring it into reflective light, and integrate its raw power into the reality of the now.

Reclaiming the Inner Child: Digging past societal conditioning to rediscover the uncorrupted spark of your original vitality and creative imagination.

The Daily Accompaniment: A practical, grounding anchor to carry into everyday life—honouring your depths and standing whole.

Root your foundation. Mine your depths. Enter the work.
