Vaughan Dagnell Wellbeing Coach

Breathwork - Somatic processing - Men's work - Conscious Dance.

I bring a grounded, intuitive presence to my work as a facilitator. I strive to create spaces and experiences that allow people to thrive rather than simply survive, and I would love to support you on your journey of healing and growth.

I am a trauma aware Embodied Resilience Practitioner and Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator, working with somatic experiencing and central nervous system regulation. I am trained in Non-Violent Communication, and also bring shadow and parts work into my sessions. My practice is also informed by 2.5 years working in alcohol and substance use recovery, facilitating support groups and working one-to-one with people during periods of deep challenge, transition, and growth.

My work explores a hybrid of cognitive and somatic work to find balance, flow, self acceptance and abundance in everyday life. I offer 1:1 coaching as well as group work, and also work alongside Chris Giesler @ Men Of Earth offering menswork retreats and monthly meet ups.
