We’re still in the afterglow of Medicine Festival. The team began the weekend hosting Psychedelic Speed Dating led by Callum - helping strangers meet, connect and arrive a little more open to one another - and left several days later feeling profoundly moved ourselves. There were extraordinary performances, but some of the most powerful moments were also the simplest: hundreds of voices singing together, bodies moving in sync, lounging beneath the trees. A reminder of how much can happen when we co-create an experience - and how deeply we can regulate, soften and open in the presence of magical people.
The strange thing about experiences like Medicine is how clear everything can feel while we’re inside them. The noise drops away. We remember what matters. We feel more connected to our bodies, to nature, to other people; perhaps more generous, playful, courageous or alive. And then we go home. The inbox fills up. The phone comes out. The old routines reassemble themselves around us.
It’s tempting to try to hold on to the feeling. But perhaps integration asks something slightly different: what did that expanded version of you see clearly - and how can you let it change the life you came back to? What deserves more space? What suddenly feels less important? What practices, people or priorities do you want to protect before the signal gets lost in the noise?
That’s what our online Integration Circle is for. It’s open to anyone who has recently moved through an expanded state - psychedelic or otherwise: a festival, retreat, breathwork, ceremony, profound encounter, or simply an experience that shifted something in you. Come share what happened, listen to others finding their way back, and give the experience a little space to keep unfolding. You don’t have to integrate alone.
And for those feeling called towards a deeper psychedelic experience, our partners at Entheogenesis are holding their next three-day psilocybin-assisted retreat in the Netherlands from 18–20 September. Their approach deliberately includes preparation before the retreat, three days of ceremony, nature, breathwork, somatic practice and connection, followed by structured integration afterwards - because the experience itself is only part of the work.
