Back by popular demand, The Psychedelic Society keeps playing Cupid every month. 

This speed-dating is a night of sweet conversation, friend-making and finding your future psychedelic lover! 

The event is open to anyone and everyone interested in psychedelics, consciousness and finding deeper meaning in life. You can drop the small talk and ask the questions you REALLY want to ask. 

ABOUT THE NIGHT 

Ask the questions that really matter!

Taking inspiration from the 36 Questions to Intimacy and The School of Life's '100 Questions,' this kind of romantic speed ‘dating’ gives you a menu of profound, intriguing, and spicy questions designed to inspire authenticity and meaningful connection with those around you.

You’ll leave here with a fresh perspective on connection, some fun stories, and maybe even the beginning of something special.

Intention Setting & Somatic Connection - connection begins in the body, not in the mind!

Did you know over 90% of your communication is non-verbal? Did you know that your nervous system, breath-rate, heartbeat and brainwaves synchronise with your partner or friend when you're in coherence?

We begin the evening with a meditation and gentle breath to ground yourself in YOU.

WHAT TO EXPECT 

This isn't “regular” speed-dating. There's no numbering system and there's no matchmaking after the event. We believe that you've come this far, so if you want to connect with someone, you use your humanness and your voice to express interest. We will also be providing pens and paper for people to exchange contact information. 

What you can expect: 

• Welcome meditation and grounding
• 10 minute paired connection rounds with guided question prompts,
• Longer group rounds to soften the intensity of 1:1s and connect with a wider range of people.
• A thriving psychedelic community that prioritises genuine connection and interesting conversation

We will be meeting at beautiful , The Sanctuary, &Soul. 

The venue will serving  a variety of drinks available for purchase on the night.

SCHEDULE

• 18:30: Arrive & grab a  drink
• 18:45: Event Begins: Grounding Meditation & Guided Speed-Dating
• 21:30: Unstructured Socialising
• 22:00: End

We kindly ask that you arrive no later than 18:45 so we can begin on time and create a safe container for deep connection and conversation. 

YOUR MATCH-MAKER 

Callum Browne

Callum is the Marketing & Community Manager for The Psychedelic Society and a life-long learner in the exploration of consciousness and the mystical arts. He has completed a MSc in Medical Anthropology at University College London where he specialised in research on the phenomenology of consciousness, psychedelics and the therapeutic and healing arts across the world. 

Callum is a Trauma-Informed Body-Worker and Somatic Therapist who's completed various trainings including Somatic Muscle Release, Somatic Alignment, Advanced Deep tissue Massage, Breathwork and Meditation. Callum is passionate about the innate wisdom and intelligence of the body to both find equanimity and balance but also explore ecstatic and altered states of consciousness. He is a passionate advocate of somatic and psychedelic experiences that are grounded in transpersonal philosophy and psychology. These are the experiences that cultivate the experience and wisdom to remember and embody deeper connection with ourselves, others, nature and the beyond. Follow Callum on Instagram at @calibraid

ACCESS:  We do our best to include everyone in our events, regardless of health circumstances. If you have access requirements please email the event organiser directly to discuss. Many facilitators are able to offer reduced ticket prices for those truly unable to afford the ticket price.
