I am a folk singer-song writer & trauma informed voice, yoga & eco somatic’s guide for young people.  My works focus on guiding people toward deeper relationship with self, community and the natural world. I weave together learnings from animate earth based spirituality, voice work, non dual shiva tantra &  well as practical land skills to help people become more grounded in body and environment and to uncover their authentic voices. As an experienced producer-director I am committed to curating community centred events which platform marginalised voices, land based crafts and support social and environmental justice
