I help groups have better conversations.

For more than 15 years, I've designed and facilitated workshops, training, meetings and events that help people think more clearly, collaborate more effectively, and tackle complex or sensitive topics together.

My work spans charities, education, public engagement, creative organisations and businesses. Whether I'm facilitating a leadership away day, training facilitators, hosting an event, or supporting conversations about communication, climate or wellbeing, my focus is the same: creating thoughtful, engaging spaces where people can contribute with confidence.

Alongside my facilitation practice, I'm an experienced event host, theatre-maker and spoken word artist. That background gives me a strong understanding of group energy, audience engagement and creating memorable learning experiences.

Clients value my calm presence, thoughtful preparation and ability to balance structure with flexibility. I'm particularly interested in communication, participation, creativity, psychological safety and helping groups navigate complexity.
