About Me

I am a facilitator of women’s empowerment, ecstatic dance and authentic connection.

​My work is playful, deep and courageous.

My mission is to connect humans to their primal nature to live a richer and freer life.​

​I do this through embodied ritual, cyclical living, and creating spaces for people to test their edges, shed their skins, and find belonging in those they meet along the way.

​I work with movement, dance, voice work, meditation, tantric practices and ritual as modes for transformation.
 

Coaching

I offer one-to-one sessions to support your path of empowerment.

I believe that every person already holds all the keys to unlocking their full potential and happiness.

I work in an intuitive style and see our time together as a conversation that evolves from what is alive in you, and where I see an opening for growth.

My role is to support you in staying committed to living the life you truly want and deserve.
