Hey, my name is Hazel and I have been working in the health and wellness industry now for over 20 years. I am a Chiropractor and enjoy taking a holistic approach to patient care, in particular, I have a passion for helping those with chronic stress.  I combine this with teaching yoga, delivering retreats, being a director of Bristol Yoga Roots Project and teaching anatomy on the Yogasara teacher training course. I have continued my professional development with a diploma in Sports Chiropractic, dry needling and taping courses and becoming a Breathwork instructor. My approach is friendly and welcoming, I believe that yoga is for everyone and combine my knowledge to bring a unique offering for students.
