I call myself a heart centred trauma healer. I use my three decades of experience as a former psychotherapist to facilitate the healing of past trauma. I am driven to bring awareness to our sacred inner world by inviting dialogue between our conscious and unconscious, our deep suffering and our self-love as we heal and authentically grow. 

I am driven to bring awareness to our sacred inner world and transform by living our full potential. I have a respect for the mystery of life, of our experiences and seeing beneath the surface of life. I express myself through painting and drawing and have been making art since I was a child. Looking back, I can see it was my innate yearning to deeply understand myself. 

I know that we are designed to heal, just like you would from any injury. I use my experience of healing my own trauma, the wisdom of parts work and the intuitive healing from creative expression to help people reconnect with their innate wisdom by gently guiding them to hear the protective parts that have been hiding behind fear and disconnection.
