Kate teaches engaging practices to help with: the relief of stress, to provide a self-resourcing increase in self-compassion and clear blockages to help with; creativity, self esteem, confidence and inner balance.
Kate uses a jellyfish analogy to describe the impact of her work, she explains, “I teach people how to embody the wisdom of jellyfish: their fluid approach flows in the motion of life's tides with elegance yet determination. The movement of jellyfish comes from radial symmetry, which reminds us to stay centred within ourselves, to not allow life’s experiences and emotions to pull us away from our own spiritual essence. Jellyfish evoke transformation and encourage us to choose embodiment- the act of giving form to the mysteries of divinity through the physicality of our bodies.”
Kate is a Welsh writer, embodiment mentor, intimacy coach, shamanista and tantrik buddhist.
In 2019, Kate furthered her somatic studies and began working as a yoga, meditation & pranayama (breathwork) teacher, embodiment mentor and intimacy coach.
From sharing a combination of shamanism, tantra and movement practices, Kate assists people who are feeling dispirited or a loss of direction to reconnect with their power, heal from trauma & feel their feet firmly rooted on the earth once more.
Kate empowers people to remember the sacred ways found in ancestral teachings and to learn how to express themselves fully with unshakable confidence. Her mission is to help people- to remember how to return to their natural state of being an embodiment of honest raw wild love.
