Hi!
I'm Kat, a Southampton based artist and yoga teacher. I have over 15 years experience practising yoga, and 5 years ago, qualified in both Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga at Sampoorna Yoga, Goa gaining my 200hr qualification. I teach yoga classes for all levels and abilities in and around Southampton and have a strong belief that yoga is for everyone. I aim to make my classes fun, inclusive and welcoming to all.
Alongside yoga, I make good use of my fine art degrees, facilitating paint-along sessions as well as art & yoga workshops.
