Liz is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, psychedelic integration coach and facilitator. She has spent much of her working life supporting people to become more aware and more present, and is particularly interested in the relationship between psychology, embodiment, creativity and consciousness. Liz also trained as a psychedelic practitioner via Psy Edu, and alongside her clinical practice, she supports those seeking to make sense of and integrate their psychedelic experiences.  Liz is also part of faculty at Invitas, the organisation founded around the work of poet and author David Whyte, where she coaches  and facilitates groups in Conversational Leadership.  She is the creator of The Six Chambers, an experiential programme for women inviting them to question the patriarchy and explore what is possible when women lead in embodied, relational and connected ways. She co-founded the Hastings Psychedelic Integration group in 2024 borne out of a desire to create connection in community.  At the heart of Liz’s work is a belief that meaningful change often begins when we create enough space to listen more deeply, to ourselves, to each other and to what is wanting to emerge.
