I’m a coach and hypnotherapist, and the path that’s brought me here hasn’t been an easy one. I grew up with severe social anxiety, high-functioning autism with sensory overload, depression, and a difficult home environment. I’ve also faced serious health challenges, including lung disease and cluster headaches. These struggles shaped me, but they didn’t define me — they became the groundwork for the work I do now.

I began working as a hypnotist in 2011, and since then, I’ve built a practice that’s rooted in both practical techniques and real human connection. I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from all over the world, and I also support and train other coaches and therapists on their paths.

My main focus is self-mastery and success coaching, helping people move beyond inner barriers and find more fulfilment, whether that’s in their careers, relationships, or personal development. In therapy sessions, I often work with clients dealing with PTSD, anxiety, addiction, weight loss, smoking, and other habit changes.

I use a blend of tools — hypnosis, NLP, EFT, Reiki, ketogenic coaching, yoga, yoga nidra, breathwork, meditation training, memory improvement, and spiritual mentoring. I also run group events and courses on memory, breathwork, presence, meditation, group hypnosis, and light and sound baths.

With more than three decades of experience exploring plant medicines, I sometimes weave that understanding into how I support transformation and healing — always respectfully and with intention.

Everything I offer comes from a very personal place. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or lost. My aim is to help others reconnect with their inner strength, shift the patterns that hold them back, and build the resilience and clarity to move forward with purpose.
